“This is my original training video that was shot in the late 1980′s and was used successfully by many people to train their horses. Many of those same people in fact wore out their copy of the original video and have asked us on more than one occasion if we would re-issue it on DVD. And so at last, here it is.
My Method, as it was then, has since evolved into the Waterhole Rituals but many of the concepts are the same even though their names and order may have changed a little.
It really is interesting to see how differently I worked with horses in those days and I’m sure many of you will be curious to see that. The other thing to mention is that back then, I did not use treats when training horses. However, you will see that my Method of working has actually changed very little over the intervening period.
