Our aim is to have a warm, vibrant and friendly community here at HorseConscious. This means happy subscribers, members and customers. If you have an issue with anything on the site, our products or services, then please contact us and we will do whatever we can to put it right for you.
If however, you are still not happy with something you have bought directly from us, then we will willingly refund you. Our normal refund period is 60 days but this may vary by product and service, so please check for any such variation before you buy.
Even if we do issue a refund, we still want to retain you as a valued member of the community. And in a worst case scenario, we hope we can at least part as friends.
